Take and Read Books exists to put learning into the hands of your students so you can spend more time discussing the ideas; as they learn to analyze literature from a Christian perspective they also learn to write intelligently about the ideas they are forming. A well-read student who can appreciate literary artistry and understand the elements of narrative and poetry in the Bible and other literature, who can move from story or poem to meaning; and who can put all these tools into written form will be a life-long learner, thinker, and writer who can better understand God’s Word and bear His imago dei, doing the creative work He’s given them to do.
